Ingredients Serves 1

1 cup Epigamia Unsweetened Coconut Milk Yogurt
1/4 tsp Cardamom
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Honey (if desired)
Ice
Pistachios (for garnish)
Milk (optional)

Directions Prep Time : 15 mins

Step 1 Pour 1 cup of Epigamia Unsweetened Coconut Milk Yogurt (and milk, if using) into a blender. Toss in cardamom, cinnamon and honey.
Step 2 Blend the mixture until it's smooth, then blend in a few handfuls of ice. When the lassi seems thick like a smoothie or milkshake, its good to go.
Step 3 Garnish with pistachios and serve in a kulhad for maximum authenticity.
