Ingredients Serves 1

1 cup Semolina (Suji Rava)
1 cup jaggery
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1/2 cup Epigamia Blueberry Ghee Spread
1/2 tsp
cardamom powder
5 strands Saffron
7 cashew nuts
For garnish Blueberries

Directions: Prep Time 30 min

Step 1 Heat a non-stick pan. Add semolina and Epigamia Blueberry Ghee Spread. Fry it on medium flame for 7-10 mins.
Step 2 Slowly, add in hot milk and hot water. Keep stirring to avoid lumps.
Step 3 Put jaggery, fried cashews, and saffron strands into the pan. Mix well and cook for 5 mins.
Step 4 Add cardamom powder and mix well. Cook for another 10 mins.
Step 5 Garnish with blueberries and serve hot.
