Matcha Mint Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients Serves 1
|1/4 cup||Chia seeds|
|1 1/2 cup||Epigamia Almond Drink (unsweetened)|
|1/2 tsp||Mint extract|
|1 1/2 tsp||Matcha powder|
|1/2 tsp||Maple syrup or organic honey|
|2 tbsp||Cocoa powder (unsweetened)|
Directions Prep Time : 15 mins
|Step 1||Mix chia seeds, Epigamia Unsweetened Almond Drink, mint extract, matcha powder, and maple syrup in a bowl, and whisk until everything is mixed properly.|
|Step 2||Place in a container in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight until firm.|
Once ready, remove from the fridge and whisk again to make sure there are no lumps. If your pudding is too thick, add some more Epigamia Unsweetened Almond Drink.
For the top layer, add bananas, cocoa powder, and Epigamia Unsweetened Almond Drink in a blender and blend until smooth.
Layer your chia pudding and chocolate smoothie into a glass or a mason jar and serve!
