Matcha Mint Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients Serves 1

1/4 cup Chia seeds
1 1/2 cup Epigamia Almond Drink (unsweetened)
1/2 tsp Mint extract
1 1/2 tsp Matcha powder
1/2 tsp Maple syrup or organic honey
Bananas (frozen)
2 tbsp  Cocoa powder (unsweetened)

Directions Prep Time : 15 mins

Step 1 Mix chia seeds, Epigamia Unsweetened Almond Drink, mint extract, matcha powder, and maple syrup in a bowl, and whisk until everything is mixed properly.
Step 2 Place in a container in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight until firm.
Step 3 Once ready, remove from the fridge and whisk again to make sure there are no lumps. If your pudding is too thick, add some more Epigamia Unsweetened Almond Drink.


Step 4

For the top layer, add bananas, cocoa powder, and Epigamia Unsweetened Almond Drink in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 5

Layer your chia pudding and chocolate smoothie into a glass or a mason jar and serve!
