What is epigamia repeats?
repeats is epigamia's subscription program that allows you to keep up your habit of eating healthy, without any hassle and at a great value! all you have to do is choose your products, the frequency and sit back. we'll send across your goodies at your chosen time.

How do I pay for repeats?
Due to the recurring nature of the payments, we only accept Debit or Credit Card. We currently do not accept COD for subscriptions.
How are payments debited every month for subscriptions?
epigamia repeats allows you to sign up for your fave goodies and essentials that are auto-billed via you preferred Debit or Credit Card, at your selected frequency. For example, if you subscribe to a repeats set on 1st of any month, payment gets auto-debited every 7th day for weekly, 14th day for fortnightly and 30th day in case of monthly subscription.
Will I be notified of renewals and payments?
Yes. You will receive an email from us and Recurpay, our payment partner. You will also receive an SMS about the same.
What if my payment fails?
In case your payment fails, we will send you another link through which you can complete the payment. If any amount has been debited, it will be refunded by your bank within 7 working days.
Can I apply a discount code to subscriptions?
Yes. Depending on what offers are applicable, you will be able to apply select discount codes.
Can I club subscriptions during sale?
In case you place an order during a sale, the first order will be discounted. Post the sale, your subscription order will be billed at full price.
Can I pause my repeats subscription?
We understand that plans change unexpectedly. In case you need to pause your subscription, call us on 080 4719 2272 and we'll do our best to make it happen.
Can I edit the items of my repeats
Currently, we do not offer edits to the products chosen. We hope to make this available to you as soon as possible.
Can I change the date of my next repeats delivery?
We can arrange deliveries around dates you may be busy or away from home. Reach out to our Customer Care team at 080 4719 2272 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I cancel my repeats subscription?
Yes, free cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to the next shipment date. Log in to your account on epigamiastore.com/account/login and cancel the products you do not want any longer.
