Ingredients 

1 cup Besan
7-8 tbsp Epigamia turbo greek yogurt (13g protein, 72kcal)
2 tbsp Oil
Chopped veggies (spinach, onions, tomatoes)
Salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder

Instructions 

Step 1 Mix besan, TURBO YOGURT, veggies, and water to make a smooth batter, and add spices.
Step 2 Heat a greased pan and pour batter to form a pancake.
Step 3 Cook 2-3 min per side.
Step 4 Serve hot with yogurt as a dip for extra protein!
