Ingredients 

1 cup besan (gram flour)
7–8 tbsp epigamia turbo greek yogurt (13 g protein, 72 kcal)
2 tbsp oil
1 cup chopped veggies (spinach, onion, tomato)
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Water, as needed, to adjust batter consistency

Instructions


Step 1 In a bowl, mix besan, Turbo Greek Yogurt, chopped veggies, spices, and enough water to make a smooth, pourable batter.
Step 2 Heat a greased pan and pour a ladle of batter to form a pancake.
Step 3 Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Step 4 Serve hot with a side of Turbo Yogurt as a dip for an extra protein boost.
