Blueberry Yogurt Mousse
Ingredients
1 cup | Epigamia Natural Greek Yogurt |
2 cups | Epigamia Blueberry Greek Yogurt |
1 tsp | Honey |
12-15 | Blueberries |
Directions
Step 1 |
Whip 1 cup of Epigamia Natural Greek Yogurt with honey in a bowl, whip gently until combined. Spoon the mixture into the bottom of serving glasses, about 1/3 of the way up the glass. Place in the refrigerator until it has set for about 30 minutes. |
Step 2 |
Add 1 cup of Epigamia Blueberry Greek Yogurt and 3-4 blueberries in a blender and blend them until combined. Spoon the mixture into the middle of the refrigerated serving glasses, about 2/3 of the way up the glass. Place in the refrigerator until it has set for about 30 minutes. |
Step 3 |
Add 1 cup of Epigamia Blueberry Greek Yogurt and 7-8 blueberries in a blender and blend them until combined. Spoon the mixture on top of the layer 2, almost to the top of the glass. Place in the refrigerator until it has set for about 30 minutes. |
Step 4 |
Top it with a blueberry marmalade and serve cold! |
