Instructions
Step 1 Hang the epigamia natural greek yogurt overnight. Step 2 Add paneer, onions, green chilli,ginger, salt, red chilli powder, cardamom powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, roasted besan, and mix. Step 3 Shape the mixture into the form of tikkas and coat it with a little bit of rice flour. Step 4 Pan fry them and enjoy them with a mint chutney.
