1/4 cup Millet(Kodo/Proso/Barnyard), soaked 500ml Epigamias Almond Milk 4 tbsp Jaggery 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
Few strands of Saffron 2-3 tbsp Roasted Nuts
Instructions
Step 1 Cook soaked millet in twice the water. Step 2 Cover & keep aside. Step 3 Warm the almond milk, take 2tbsp into a bowl with saffron and keep aside. Step 4 Add jaggery, cardamom, cooked millet & saffrom mix. Step 5 Simmer on the lowest heat possible for 5-7mins. Step 6 As it cools, it would thicken further more. Step 7 Garnish with nut. Step 8 Serve warm or cold.
