Ingredients 

115 g epigamia turbo greek yogurt (72 kcal, 13 g protein)
100 g paneer, cubed (265 kcal, 18 g protein)
30 g mixed veggies (red, green & yellow bell peppers, onion)
¼ tsp haldi (turmeric)
1 tbsp
jeera powder
½ tbsp paprika
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions 

Step 1 In a bowl, mix Turbo Yogurt with spices, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Step 2 Add paneer and veggies, coat well, and marinate for 25–30 minutes.
Step 3 Thread the paneer and veggies onto skewers and grill until golden brown.
