250 g Softened unsalted butter 300 g Condensed milk
Instructions
Step 1 Whisk softened butter, oil, and sugar together until whipped and creamy. Step 2 Add eggs and beat. Step 3 Combine vanilla extract, epigamia greek yogurt, buttermilk, and dry ingredients. Mix the batter gently until it comes together. Step 4 Place cupcake liners and add scoops of batter. Place foil balls on the sides of the liners to create the butterfly shape. Step 5 Bake at 180°C for 20 to 25 mins Step 6 Cool the cupcakes, frost, decorate, and enjoy!
Instructions for Frosting
Step 1 Beat softened butter at high speed for 5 mins until light and fluffy. Step 2 Gradually add condensed milk while continuing to beat until the buttercream is smooth and creamy.
