Ingredients

1 cup Flour
1 cup Epigamia Natural Greek Yogurt
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Oregano
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
2-3 tbsp Mozzarella cheese

Ingredients for Garlic Butter

3-4 tbsp Melted butter
3-4 tbsp Garlic powder or minced garlic cloves
2-3 tbsp Chopped cilantro

Instructions 

Step 1 In a bowl, combine epigamia natural greek yogurt, flour, salt, baking powder, oregano, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese to form a soft dough.
Step 2 Rest the dough for half an hour.
Step 3 Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Step 4 Bake the dough balls at 180 degrees Celsius for 14-15 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Step 5 In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder or minced garlic cloves, and chopped cilantro to make the garlic butter.
Step 6 Once the dough balls are baked, apply a generous layer of garlic butter on top and enjoy!
