1/2 cup flour 2 tbsp cocoa powder 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 egg 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup oil 1/4 cup milk 1/4 tsp salt 150 ml sweetened whipped cream 150 g dark chocolate (70%) epigamia vanilla bean Greek Yogurt 1/4 cup hot milk 1 tsp gelatine + 2 tbsp cold water 150 g milk chocolate
Instructions
Step 1 Mix egg, sugar, vanilla, oil, and milk. Fold in flour, cocoa, baking powder. Step 2 Bake at 180°C for 35-40 mins. Cut into 6inch layer and place in a cake ring. Step 3 For each mousse layer, melt chocolate with hot milk. Add bloomed gelatine for dark chocolate layer. Step 4 Mix in epigamia vanilla bean greek yogurt and whipped cream. Step 5 Layer over the previous mousse and chill for 2 hours. Step 6 After adding all layers, refrigerate the cake for 6 hours. Step 7 Serve chilled and enjoy!
