Ingredients

Whole Wheat Tortilla
2 Eggs
170 g epigamia Mango Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Blueberries

Instructions 

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2 Mix epigamia mango greek yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla essence.
Step 3 Grease tart mold and layer the tortilla quarters.
Step 4 Pour in the yogurt mixture and then top it with blueberries.
Step 5 Bake 20 mins until set.
Step 6 Cool slightly and serve. Enjoy!
