Yogurt Oatmeal Cups
Ingredients Serves 1
1 cup | Epigamia Blueberry Greek Yogurt |
1 cup |
Epigamia Mango Greek Yogurt

1 cup | Epigamia Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt |
1 1/4 cups | Quick cooking oats |
1/4 cup | Unsweetened apple sauce |
2 tbsp | Honey |
1 tsp | Cinnamon |
1/4 tsp | Salt |
Cooking spray | |
Chopped fruits (dragonfruit, kiwi, strawberry, banana, etc.) | |
Mint leaves |
Directions:
Step 1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |
Step 2 | Add the oats, applesauce, honey, cinnamon and salt to a bowl and mix until combined. |
Step 3 | Spray muffin tins with cooking spray and evenly disperse mixture in 6 muffin tins. Use your fingers or a spoon to press the mixture into the sides and base of the muffin tin. |
Step 4 | Bake for 12-13 minutes. Let it cool in the muffin tin for about 10 minutes before using a butter knife to remove the oatmeal cups. |
Step 5 | Let the cups cool completely. Fill the cups with different Epigamia Flavoured Greek Yogurts, top it with fruits and mint leaves, and serve. |
