Ingredients Serves 1

1 cup Epigamia Blueberry Greek Yogurt
1 cup
Epigamia Mango Greek Yogurt
1 cup
Epigamia Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt
1 1/4 cups  Quick cooking oats
1/4 cup Unsweetened apple sauce
2 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
Cooking spray
Chopped fruits (dragonfruit, kiwi, strawberry, banana, etc.)
Mint leaves

Directions: 

Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2 Add the oats, applesauce, honey, cinnamon and salt to a bowl and mix until combined.
Step 3 Spray muffin tins with cooking spray and evenly disperse mixture in 6 muffin tins. Use your fingers or a spoon to press the mixture into the sides and base of the muffin tin.
Step 4 Bake for 12-13 minutes. Let it cool in the muffin tin for about 10 minutes before using a butter knife to remove the oatmeal cups.
Step 5 Let the cups cool completely. Fill the cups with different Epigamia Flavoured Greek Yogurts, top it with fruits and mint leaves, and serve.
